Blueberry Cheese Tart in de house!!!

Tart shell yg ranggup + Cheese + Blueberry yg masam2..
Nyamannyeee!!!

Sambil taip entry nie, sambil teringat cheesetart dlm petiais..
Ok nak g mkn... Nyummmm

Tart shell
250g Butter
125g icing sugar
1 ‘B’ Telur
440g Tepung Gandum

Cara:
1. Pukul butter n icing sugar sampai kembang n sebati.
2.Masukkan telur n pukul sampai sebati.
3.Masukkan tepung n uli hingga jadi doh.
4. Cubit sikit2 adunan n masukkan dalam tart mould.
5. Tekan n cucuk adunan dgn garfu sebelum bakar
6. Bakat 180’c, 10-15 minit (3/4 masak) 

Cheese filling

250g Philadelphia cheese
20g butter
60g Caster Suagr
1 ‘B’ Telur
Blueberry / Strawberry filling

Cara
1. Pukul Cheese n Butter n caster sugar sampai kembang n gebu.
2. Masukkan telur n pukul sampai sebati.
3. Paipkan blueberry filling dulu.
4. Paipkan adunan cheese.
5. Bakar 160’c, 5 - 10 minit.
